Chief Operations Officer
Andrea is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in mass tort administration and healthcare lien resolution.
She currently serves as LitPRO’s Chief Operations Officer, a role she has held since December 2024, following nearly three years as Vice President of Operations from March 2022 to December 2024. Andrea’s leadership background includes senior management positions at Lash Group, where she oversaw program operations, and at Garretson Resolution Group as Senior Manager of Medicare Operations, Senior Client Relationship Manager, and Client Service Manager.
She began her career as a Lien Resolution Specialist and Analyst, building expertise in claimant support, regulatory compliance, and operational process improvement.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from UNC Charlotte and an MBA from Winthrop University. She is recognized for optimizing operational efficiency and enhancing claimant and client experiences across the industry.
