As a female-owned business with ethnic minority representation at the leadership level, LitPRO has a vested interest in promoting a diverse legal community of individuals with different ideas, strengths, interests and cultural backgrounds.
We believe the future of law calls for a mixture of differences among legal professionals at all levels, including age, gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, veteran status, and sexual orientation. We know that diverse representation in legal practice and throughout our courts drives performance, problem-solving, innovation, and resilience. LitPRO believes we have a responsibility to be a conscious part of this effort not just because it benefits our clients and our business bottom-line, but also because it is the right thing to do.
We aim to encourage diverse representation in every aspect of our consulting work. Additionally, in an effort to ourselves to be a more mindful consumer, we consider diversity and inclusion initiatives when selecting business partners and vendors to work with and alongside.

LitPRO has sponsored Shades of Mass at the highest level since day one. While communities of color are often disproportionately affected by corporations' wrongful conduct, there has been a lack of diversity in the appointment of lead and executive roles in mass tort and complex litigation actions. Historically, very few attorneys of color have been appointed to lead the large-scale cases that directly impact the lives and economic stability of millions of people. Shades of Mass has and is changing that reality through a concerted five-part strategy: mentorship, advocacy, networking, education and collaboration.
Since its inception, LitPRO has been a sponsor of Women En Mass, an organization focused on promoting and supporting women in mass tort litigation. For the past 3 years, LitPRO has directed its sponsorship funds to conduct a special Diversity Panel at the annual conference which brings members together to discuss diversity in the workforce.
