Vice President of Operations
Paige is an operations executive with deep experience in building the systems, structure,
and teams that allow organizations to grow with confidence.
As Vice President of Operations at LitPRO, Paige helps lead the operational infrastructure that powers the company’s growth — from product development and scrum oversight to process design, internal communications, and organizational scaling. She partners closely with the lien operations team to develop tools that drive efficiency, works alongside leadership to bring new products to market, and is focused on creating the kind of operational foundation that supports LitPRO’s continued expansion.
Her background spans cross-functional team leadership, proprietary technology development, Agile and scrum methodology, CRM and data systems architecture, and change management — giving her the range to operate at both the strategic and execution level. Paige is drawn to the intersection of people and process, and believes that structure, when built right, is what gives teams the freedom to do their best work.
Outside of work, Paige is a Houston-based mom of three, a lifelong Sooner, and a lover of national parks and fine art.
